Southdown Community Garage Sale☀️🛍️
Please join us on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm for our 2nd Southdown Community Garage Sale!!
Registration Information:
- Register for a spot by emailing

- Grass spots are $10.00. Grass spots consist of one parking spot (approximately 9x18 ft). You can park your car in this spot to sell out of or use a tent.
- Pavilion 10x10 spots are $20.00. The 10x10 booth spots are under the Pavilion (shaded area).
- Food/Drink Vendor spots are $50.00. (Trailer or Booth)
- The registration fee is non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine.
Set-Up:
- Setup will be from 5:00 am to 7:00 am on September 13, 2025
- The sale will start at 7:00 am – NO EARLY SALES
- All vehicles NOT being used for the sale should be removed from the sales area by 6:45 am or must remain in the sales area until 12 p.m.
Seller Responsibilities:
- Sellers are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, setting up, and taking down their spots.
- Sellers must provide their own change and pricing of items.
- Sellers are responsible for providing their own bags or boxes.
- Sellers are responsible for keeping their area clean and picking up space after the event.
- Sellers’ unsold items must be removed by 1:00 pm on the day of the event.
- Sellers must supervise their space, items, and vehicle at all times.
All spot proceeds will support Southdown Plantation & Museum, a nonprofit museum that preserves and promotes Terrebonne Parish's history, culture, and arts.
NOTE: Any posts by anyone other than SOUTHDOWN PLANTATION & MUSEUM offering spots are scams. We will NEVER ask for payment on social media. Please call Southdown Plantation & Museum before making any payments.
