This guided sound bath blends healing frequencies with breathwork and gentle visualization to create deep relaxation and restore balance.
About the Facilitator
Amanda Bergeron, HHP — Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.
She supports healing with noninvasive frequency therapy and energy practices.
Her sessions weave together reiki-infused singing bowls, gong, native drum, ocean drum, crystal triangle, and grounded intention.
What to Expect
Welcome, breath cueing, and visualization
A full sound journey using layered instruments and frequencies
Gentle return to full awareness and optional reflection time
