Japanese Gyoza and Dorayaki Stuffed Pancake - Lunch & Learn Series

Enjoy the filled-dough delights of the world! You will discover the flavors and preparations of different cultures’ stuffed pastas, pasties, croquettes and more. We will also dabble in fun and easy desserts from comparable regions.
This course will be taught by NPC’s instructor, Eve Victory. The course will include introductory time followed by a full-scale lab where you will make your own batches of product to take home, and conclude with a delicious meal in celebration of your teamwork.
