Boo with a Badge

The Hot Springs Police Department is hosting its annual Boo with a Badge event from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (or until supplies run out) on Friday, October 31. Due to the event’s popularity, the location has changed to the Bridge Street Entertainment District, which consists of Bridge Street and Malvern Avenue, between Spring Street and Convention Boulevard.
