Join us for an intimate, hands-on baking class where you'll learn the foundational techniques of making perfect pie dough from scratch. You’ll get personal guidance as we walk through every step: cutting in butter, mixing and kneading your dough, rolling it out with confidence, and forming it into a rustic, beautiful fruit galette.

Using fresh, seasonal produce, we’ll explore flavor pairing and how to create fillings that let the ingredients shine. By the end of the class, you’ll have made a warm galette and the skills to recreate it at home—plus the know-how to tackle a variety of pie projects on your own.

No experience necessary—just bring your love of good food and a willingness to roll up your sleeves!
