Monkey See Monkey Do @ Horsham Folk Club

Join us for a cosy evening of folk tunes and songs at Horsham Folk Club on Sunday 18th May, where we will perform a wide range of folk tunes and songs, firmly rooted in the English tradition.

About the band:

Monkey See Monkey Do combines the talents of clarinettist Helen Gentile, fiddle and bodhran player Matthew Aldous, and guitarist and front man Samuel Horlock. Their repertoire is firmly rooted in English folk music, with instrumental harmonies on fiddle and clarinet woven through the vocals. Described as “thoroughly enjoyable” (Songlines) and “a genuine delight” (FATEA), Monkey See Monkey Do perform their concert set of songs and tunes at a variety of venues and summer folk festivals.

Horsham Folk Club welcomes singers, poets and acoustic musicians to the friendly atmosphere of their Sussex venue: The Normandy Centre Denne Road, Horsham,West Sussex RH12 1JF. A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the bar and there is free parking at the venue.
