Class: Fermentation Basics

Fermented food is nutritious, full of beneficial probiotics and tastes good! Join us as we explore how to set up basic vegetable ferments for success. This is a hands-on class where you will make and leave with a started veggie ferment or two. During this class you will learn techniques that you can use immediately to enjoy farm produce in a whole new way.
