💃 Dance "Rave" Therapy - Taster Workshop🕺

Join Sarah at the Divine Light Wellbeing Centre for this FUN 2 hours Workshop, where you will learn about the importance of movement and how trauma, emotions, stagnant energies can become stuck in your body. Not only you will learn, why it's important to release these but you will be shown how, in a a fun and healthy way.

You will be guided out of your head to reconnect with your body to discover where you're holding onto any stress, trauma, tension and/or trapped emotions.

Sarah is very passionate about her work, as she has herself gone through a jorney of transformation. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 7 years ago, and now understands the physiological affects of unreleased stress can have on the body. She is on a mission to spread her knowledge and transformation by teaching everyone how to heal or better yet, prevent the symptoms that stress can cause!
