Cooking Class -- Spinach-Cheese Calzone

Sponsored by the Hornell Community Meal Program, the United Presbyterian Church of Hornell, and the Arkport Catholic Worker Homestead:

Calzone: an Italian pocket bread stuffed with flavorful cheeses, vegetables or meat. This recipe is flexible for folks who prefer sausage or ground meat in place of the spinach, or substituting tofu in place of the cheese. Served with tomato sauce...a terrific, nutritious meal!


Cooking Classes are held from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the United Presbyterian Church, 150 Church St., Hornell.

Classes fill fast!
