The Ocean Walker Academy WINTER CLUB is for open water swimming enthusiasts to continue to swim outdoors as the temperatures drop in our purpose built open water swimming lake, designed with swimmers safety in mind by owner - RLSS open water swimming safety ambassador and record breaking open water swimmer Adam Walker.
Regular Saturday & Thursday morning swim sessions from November to April. WINTER CLUB members will be able to come and enjoy a swim in Crystal Lake, followed by exclusive access to our luxury Wellbeing Barn to warm up afterward with a hot drink and slice of homemade goodness.
To join us on these swim sessions you need to have taken part in our Winter Induction Course - You will learn about what to expect from cold water immersion, how to enter and exit the water safely, how to recover and what equipment you will require.
You will be shown the course and be advised of all facilities available to you and how the sessions will run.
