This ‘Country Estate Retreat Day’ is set in a Stunning Location with Breathtaking Views,

On this day you have the opportunity to explore and experience the private ‘Stourton Woods Estate’

💫Zoie & Kyle from ‘Zoky Saunascape’ will be sharing their “Mobile Sauna and Plunge Pools”.

💫Sarah will guide you through 4 wonderful practises in nature, soothing the body, calming the mind whilst nourishing the soul.

💫Zak will immerse you in his ‘Amazing Sound Bath’

💫Stouton Eoods offering use of their incredible space to wslk and spend time in nature.

These are the Amazing practices and experiences which you can share with us 👋

🌳 SHIN RIN YOKU -
MINDFUL WALKING IN NATURE USING ALL YOUR SENSES,
Trees give off Phytoncides they have antibacterial and antifungal qualities, which help plants fight disease.
When ‘we’ breathe in these chemicals, the bodies respond by increasing the number and activity of a type of white blood cell called natural killer cells or ‘NK’ cells.
Helping to reduce blood pressure - boost the immune system - promoting a good nights sleep along with many many more health benefits.

🧘‍♀️ THERAPEUTIC YOGA -
These subtle movements are available to everyone, help to relive painful joints and muscles.
Explore ‘doing a little less’ using these gentle movements which help increase flexibility. ‘Less is more’ - give yourself permission to try it.

Exploring different beneficial ways of breathing which can both energise the body while calming the mind and boosting the immune system.

The vibrations produced by sound instruments have been found to stimulate circulation, promote cellular regeneration, and enhance the body's natural healing processes, as well as promoting pure relaxation, lead by Zak who is also an incredible Musician.

🔥 FIRE CEREMONY gather together with us around the Campfire.
Camp fires can be mesmerising, watching flames dance in the evening sky, listening to the soothing crackle of logs burning, feeling the warmth on the skin, can help quieten the thoughts and help stay in the moment.
As we join together, setting the intention to facilitate release, forgiveness, and gratitude.

☀️SAUNA AND 💦 COLD POOL EXPERIENCE
Zoie and Kyle will be sharing their brand new business ‘Zoky Saunascape’ a beautiful mobile Sauna and Cold Pool, positioned so that you may soak in the most amazing views whilst experiencing the incredible health benefits from both the heat and cold.

▪️10.00 am INTRODUCTION to the day

▪️10.15 am Settling Breathing Practise

▪️10.30 am Subtle Movements in Nature available to all. Both beginners and the more experienced can benefit.

▪️11.15 am Relaxation Practise in Nature.

▪️11.45am BREAK - drinks and snacks will be provided

▪️12.15 pm Forest Bathing - Mindful Time in Nature, the Japanese practise of ‘Shinrin Yoku’

▪️1.00 pm LUNCH in the woods (please bring you own lunch with you, to enjoy in nature, drinks and snacks will be provided)

▪️2.30 pm Sauna and Cold Tub Experience
▪️3.30. pm Sauna and Cold Tub Experience
▪️4.30 pm Sauna and Cold Tub Experience

Choose a time in the Sauna and Cold tub to suit yourself, leaving you plenty of time to explore the incredible walks Stouton Woods has to offer or you may wish to relax and chill in Nature the choice is yours, or even snooze or read a book

▪️5.30 pm SOUND SHOWER with Zak

▪️6.30 pm Break drinks and snacks

▪️7.00 pm Gather together around the Camp Fire

▪️7.30 pm Say goodbyes ‘OR’
you are most welcome to join us and stay and camp with us too.
Maybe you have a tent, camper or motor home

We will be spending the week end there camping this can be booked by contacting Stouton Woods £15 per tent per night.

You may want to bring your tent anyway as you may not want to leave …. I know We won’t …

What to bring ….

💫Wear comfortable clothes, layers will be great to accommodate the weather.
💫Suitable walking boots/wellies
💫Swim wear and towels for the sauna and tub (flip flops)
💫Yoga Mat
💫Blanket and cushion to sit on
💫Camping chair optional - advised for more comfortable sitting for practises and around the campfire.
