Who Must Attend
• Baseball: Players born on or before 8/31/2018
• Softball: Players born on or before 12/31/2016
Every child who wants to play baseball or softball will be placed on a team. Evaluations help us place players safely and appropriately and create balanced teams.
Softball Notes
• Players born after 12/31/2016 may attend the 10U evaluation if they want to be considered for 10U.
• Players born in 2015 who wish to be considered for 12U should indicate that at check-in.
Baseball Notes
• Baseball is open to all genders.
• To be placed in a higher league than last season, attendance is mandatory.
What to Expect
• No cost and no pre-registration. Check in at the registration table near the Doghouse.
• Each evaluation is ~20 minutes and rotates through hitting, infield, outfield, pitching.
• Bring a glove; shared bats/helmets will be available.
• Independent evaluators; results used with prior season coach evaluations.
• Spring registration is separate and opens later in the fall; placements announced Feb/March.
