Hopkins Elks 2025 Golf Tournament

1. Must have one (1) Elk member on the team in good standing with their membership (paid in full)

2. Team captain will collect $105.00 from each player and submit one (1) $420.00 check / Elks #2221

3. Team must be paid in full by Friday, June 13, 2025 - to participate

4. Check in starts at 8:00 am at the Elks for ALL players - Pick up your swag bag

5. Buy a beverage and receive a free breakfast sandwich

6. Dinner and drink tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE - Must be redeemed June 20, 2025

7. If you would like to sponsor a hole, please contat Mark Olson (612) 306-0404 for more information

8. Be at the golf course by 9:00 a.m. to find out your starting hole / shot gun at 9:30 am
