Slow Stretch

This a slow, deep intentional Restorative Stretch class. In this 1 hour class, we will gently bring our bodies into stretches that are supported by the earth. Connecting Body/Mind with breath and presence.

Space is limited to 14 people so reserve your spot as soon as possible.

Cost is $12 per person

You will need; a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, water
