Massage Ball Release

In this class we will be using Sensi Balls to do a whole body release on ourselves with a focus on the Back Body. Slow movements with strategically placed massage balls to connect and let go.

Cost is $20 per person

You will need; a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 2 Massage Balls, water and a blanket

I have Sensi Balls for you to use in class if you don't have a pair.
