Cooking Class - Pasta Ravioli

Fresh pasta adds a delicate texture and rich flavor to any dish. In this hands-on class, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to make your own fresh pasta dough from scratch! Chef Benard will guide you through the process of rolling, shaping and stuffing ravioli. The chef will then show you how to create a delicious, family-friendly dish that’s sure to impress. Lunch service is included with every ticket purchase and served during the class. While wine, beer and specialty sodas are also available to purchase in the market.
