3 years and under
4-6 year olds

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Length of hair will be the chief factor in judging and will be measured from the base (rubber band) of the ponytail to the end of the longest hair.
2. In case of tie for first place or overall winner, hair will be judged on neatness and beauty.
3. If the hair is braided, it must be braided as far as possible.
4. Everyone must pay the required admission price at the gate.
5. Contestants will enter the day of the contest, from 12:30-1:00 p.m. with the contest starting at 1:00 p.m.
6. Prizes will be awarded in each division and an overall winner will be named.
7. No French braid or corn row. Ponytails must be secured by a rubber band and may be located anywhere.
8. A Ponytail is one, either braided or not.
