12:00 COOKOUT & PRIZES

FIVE PLAYER TEAMS: Play in one of two categories Family (adult & youth) or Adult (17 & older)
ENTRANCE FEE: $125 per team of five – includes 18 holes of miniature golf, cookout, prizes, and lots of fun! If you don’t want to or are unable to play but want to join us for lunch and social enjoyment $5
RSVP by May 15th

Payment must accompany team registration to ensure your spot. Checks payable to: Cosmic Wanderers

Proceeds benefit Hero Pups; will be accepting donations for Liberty House
