Spring Awakening: Forest Sound Bath at Kasteel Ter Meiren

Spring is in full bloom, inviting us to become present, breathe, and realign. May is a time of renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings - just as nature awakens, so do we.

Surrounded by the ancient trees of Kasteel Ter Meiren in Flanders, Beligum, we will come together for a Forest Sound Bath, letting the vibrations of gongs, Tibetan bowls, and crystal bowls guide us into deep relaxation and rejuventation.

✨ Marije (Sound Practitioner from Belgium) – Opens the session with Gong and Tibetan bowls, grounding the body, releasing emotional blockages, and making your essence receptive to the following tones.
✨ Marlene (Holistic Coach from Austria) – Weaves in crystal singing bowls, attuned to different chakras, helping you to relax your nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep clarity.

The forest itself is healing as we know - oxygen-rich air, soft earth beneath you, the gentle rustling of trees... This natural setting lowers stress and regulates your nervous system in no time. When combined with sound, it deepens relaxation, supports cellular healing, and restores balance - exactly what we need to make the most of the here and now.

With a deep focus on holistic health and sound healing, she collaborates with career institutes, schools, and yoga studios to help people feel more present, intentional, and aligned in their lives.

Marije is a Sound Practitioner, yogini, and space holder from Belgium, dedicated to cultivate stillness, connection, and self-love. After several transformative years in South America, Nepal, and India, she returned to Belgium to share her deepened practice through sound, breath, and movement. In her sessions with Himalayan singing bowls and gongs, she creates sacred spaces that invite inner calm, emotional release, and reconnection with the self.
