Dr. Joe Dispenza 'Free' Meditation Group

Welcome to our once-a-month “reset” meditation group!

Curious about Dr. Joe? Seeking the support of a group to inspire your personal meditation practice? Eliza Gregory, an advanced student of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work, holds the space for this free gathering to help us stay on track with our practice and experience the power of group focus.

We’ll start on time with a brief check-in, then dive right into one of Dr. Joe’s recorded meditations—designed with music to elevate and deepen the experience. Afterward, we’ll close the session with a meaningful integration, and off we go!

Wear comfy clothes, and bring an eye mask if you’d like. See you there!

We meet at the Sky Mother Temple on the first Thursday of the month from 5-7 pm. Once you have signed up, you will be put on the email list and will receive a reminder and anything you might need to know:)

Sky Mother Temple is on private property in Hood River. Maps should work, but I recommend jotting down these instructions also. Go south on Methodist past Coyote Drive; the next drive to the right is Elk. The sign for Elk Drive is on the left, behind a telephone pole. But a beautiful White Tara Flag on the Corner will let you know you are on Elk. Drive to the end of the paved drive and look for the roundabout and a lit-up log. Park out there, and Sky Mother Temple is the white stucco studio to your left and should be well-lit.
