The member social portion of the event includes an indoor golf simulator tournament! Simply pay a small fee of $10 at the event in order to play. All collected funds will be used for scholarships for our ACHE Chapter Members.
Info: Claudia Crist is the President of Kalaukia Enterprises LLC, a Hawai’i-based company specializing in Change Leadership, Strategy & Alignment, Leadership (Team) Development, and Employee Engagement & Retention. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, Claudia excels in elevating those around her to recognize and reach their potential. She holds a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Southern California and a nursing degree from the College of the Canyons in California. Claudia is board-certified in healthcare management, certified in change management from Cornell University, and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management. Claudia’s achievements include improving employee engagement, consolidating revenue cycle functions for significant cost savings, and exceeding performance metrics in leadership development.
Info: Our Moderator for the panel is Kara Gormont. She is a distinguished healthcare operations executive and retired United States Air Force Colonel, with over 20 years of dynamic leadership experience.
Michael is the Deputy Commander for Administration (COO) for Tripler Army Medical Center. He is a healthcare executive and retiring U.S. Army Colonel with over 25 years of direct leadership experience in healthcare operations, program management, HR, and organizational development.
Rose is the Director of Queen Emma Nursing Institute and the Magnet Program Director at The Queen’s Medical Center. She leads the Magnet designation program and oversees nursing professional development programs to advance nursing excellence.
Leina is the CEO and Administrator at One Kalakaua Senior Living, Hawaii’s only fee simple Assisted Living Facility. She specializes in business optimization and innovation in healthcare and housing.
