We cordially invite you all to celebrate the promotion of Senior Master Sergeant Flores-Arend to Chief Master Sergeant! Join us at 63 Cowpens St, Honolulu HI 96818 on August 7, 2025 at 2:45 PM (Pacific Time) to celebrate this special occasion. Reception to follow on 150 McClelland St, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Let's gather to honor and congratulate Chief Master Sergeant Flores-Arend on this significant milestone in their career.

Entry and Parking:

• Parking is limited in both venues. It is highly recommended to travel in one vehicle for your party.
• Due to heightened security measures, all guests above 10 years old must submit requests in person or on the phone with Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) at the Pearl Harbor Pass & ID Office from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, (*6 a.m. to 12 p.m. every 3rd Thursday) or at the JBPHH Wahiawa Annex Pacific Pass & ID Office from 6:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Monday/Wednesday/Friday, excluding holidays. Both offices are closed on weekends.

• As the ceremony starts at 2:45 pm, we are requesting your arrival 30 minutes prior to the event for seating.

Event customs and courtesies:

• Upon onboarding the USS Missouri, ensure to render a salute to the U.S. Flag located on the mast of the ship.
• Touring during the event is prohibited. Guests must vacate after the ceremony.
