Bendy Back (Flexibility Training) — Intermediate to Advanced

This class focuses on safely improving backbends, shoulder flexibility, and spinal mobility through dynamic and isometric stretching techniques that build both strength and control.
You’ll learn effective drills and poses to increase range of motion, improve posture, and release tension in the neck and shoulders — perfect for dancers, athletes, and anyone who spends long hours at a desk or on a phone.
Beyond flexibility, this training helps prevent shoulder injuries, improve alignment, and even acts as a form of anti-aging for your body — keeping your spine mobile, your chest open, and your posture youthful as you move through life.
