Ready to take your flexibility to the next level? This class is designed for dancers, athletes, and anyone who wants to improve mobility, strength, and body control through focused flexibility training.
You’ll work on both dynamic and isometric stretching, combining movement and strength-building techniques that not only increase flexibility but also tone and reshape your physique.
Each week, we focus on safe and effective methods to open your hips, hamstrings, and back — building toward full front and middle splits. You’ll also learn fun poses and flexibility tricks, seeing visible progress week by week.
✨ Recommended: If you’re new to stretching or yoga, start with our Monday 5PM Full Body Stretching class to build foundation and body awareness before joining this class.
Whether you’re a performer, athlete, or simply want to achieve your dream of doing the splits — it’s possible for everyone!
