This event consists of a series of Sat afternoon classes at Tamar Park focuses on practicing flow style yoga, core workout, fitness element of arms & legs toning exercises as well as breath works to fully enhance your yoga/fitness practice at a more rejuvenated level in the open air environment.
Please remember to bring along:
1) Water/ Towel
2) Yoga Mat/ Strap/Block
3) Comfortable clothings
