Enjoy the YMCA's indoor swimming pool, a temperature-controlled environment with a 6-lane pool!
This introductory course covers buoyancy, floating, kicking, and arm strokes. Our instructor will teach the four basic swimming styles based on your progress.
We offer second-hand swimming goggles through our recycling program, and YMCA swimming caps will be provided in the first session. Please wear a polyester or Dry-Fit swimsuit and bring a towel and shampoo if needed.
