Shamanic Drumming Circle + Relationship Blessing

Daniel will lead a shamanic drum & rattle circle. Using percussion instruments or our hands, we will all make sound. Initially this can be chaotic, but surprisingly quickly the group creates harmonious rhythm. The energy takes us into an altered state and brings relaxation and peace. No previous experience is necessary, this is an easy practice that everyone can enjoy.
If you have percussion instrument such as a drum, click sticks or a rattle please bring it with you.
Helen will talk about romantic love and how we can all have happier relationships. What would improve your love life? Is it time to take a risk, or let go, or commit? Is it time to love yourself more? What do you want? There will be a meditation to help you gain clarity & insight.
There will also be crystals available to buy!
