SATISFY HONG KONG LSD RUN #7

For the next SATISFY LSD hosted by SHELTER Athletics on Sunday, we'll be meeting at ROOTDOWN in Sai Ying Pun and running a loop to Cyberport Water Front Park and back. The total distance will be around 13km. Meet at 7:40am to sign in and run starts promptly at 8am. Minimal bagdrop and please bring your own water bottles, cups, etc. Post-run food, drinks and tunes at Rootdown.

• Pace: 5:45–6:15 min/km
• Post-Run: Post-run refreshments by Rootdown.

All paces, all faces. This run is open to everyone with a minimum of experience and feeling comfortable running for over an hour. No one gets left behind.
