This training incorporates the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a high-performance tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to perform yoga asanas. In this teacher training course, you will discover how TRX Yoga can seamlessly integrate into any fitness programme to help achieve new goals. TRX Yoga builds strength, stability, and stamina, while also improving mobility, flexibility, and posture. It nurtures the immune system, enhances mental focus and clarity, and reduces stress. Moreover, TRX Yoga is accessible for all abilities, making it a versatile addition to any fitness regimen.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be equipped with the skills to design and lead effective TRX Yoga sessions. You will also receive a certificate to validate your achievement.
