Open Mic Poetry - Hot Like Fever

We're coming upon the hottest days of summer next week, so bring your hottest poems to the mic and show us how you're getting through this heat! Some directions you can take with this theme include:

🌻 what summer means to you
🌻 meditations on climate change
🌻 fever as a metaphor
... or even more abstract takes on the HEAT! The theme is completely open to interpretation. We can't wait to see what you cook up!

The event starts 8pm, 23 July (Wed) at Social Room. Drinks are 2-for-1 before 9pm. Eugenia (@scheherazadean) will be your emcee. See you then!
