On Wednesday 25th June, we will be partnering with one of our favourite winemakers, Julio Bouchon from Longaví, for a special wine dinner from 6pm to 8:30pm at The Baker and the Bottleman.
During the evening, the team will serve a four-course menu paired with their range of Glup wines, grown from old vines on original rootstock in Chile.

Julio will be on hand to talk through the tasting notes of each bottle, giving our guests an insight into the plots where the grapes are grown and their approach to minimal intervention wine-making.
Longaví was founded by two friends from different continents, the Chilean Julio Bouchon and the South African David Nieuwoudt.
Located at the foot of the Andes in Chile’s Maule region, Julio and David partner with local farmers who cultivate small plots of old vines and lesser-known grape varieties that once defined Chilean viticulture, producing precise and expressive wines that beautifully showcase the terroir.
Longaví have won multiple awards for its wines, including Gold at the Decanter Wine Awards and Gold at the Michelangelo Awards. In addition, Julio has been recognised by Decanter magazine (UK) as one of the top 10 winemakers in South America.
