Exclusive Sake Pairing Dinner at NIWA!

Indulge in the art of perfect pairing at NIWA on 29 July  where Chef Shibayama’s omakase mastery meets a curated selection of premium sakes presented by Kyoto Trade priced at HK$2380 per person.

The culinary journey begins with Snapper Sashimi paired with 純青 生酛特別純米 (Jyunsei Kimoto) where the sake’s bright citrus notes elevate the fish’s delicate sweetness. Later savour Fatty Tuna Sushi alongside 宮寒梅 純米大吟醸 吟のいろは (Miyakanbai Iroha) whose apple and pear aromas create a sublime balance with the rich toro.

This exclusive evening features five exquisite sake pairings (90-100ml each) with a seasonal omakase menu. With limited seats available those eager for a night of exceptional sake and omakase should reserve a table via Inline soon.
