2025 Hong Kong LGBTQ+ Inclusion Index - Awards Presentation & Report Launch

​Join us for an inspiring afternoon celebrating progress in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion across Asia. The LGBTQ+ Inclusion Index, Asia's pioneering benchmarking tool, provides a credible and robust framework to assess, advance and showcase organisations' efforts in creating inclusive environments for the LGBTQ+ community.

This year, Community Business is thrilled to combine our awards presentation and report launch into one hybrid event. We'll highlight key trends and developments in the LGBTQ+ inclusion journey among participating organisations. We'll also recognise outstanding achievements through the announcement of Gold, Silver and Bronze Standards, Top Ten Employers, Top Ranking by Industry and several special awards.

This event not only celebrates the success of the 25 participating organisations over the past two years, but also fosters ongoing support for the LGBTQ+ community. It creates a welcoming corporate space for collaboration, networking and building meaningful connections among allies and advocates.
