Sacred Roots: A Seasonal Retreat

A soul-nourishing Fall Equinox experience to ground, reflect, and reconnect with your truth as we transition seasons. Through gentle yoga, immersive sound healing, intuitive reflection and journaling, we’ll explore the deeper roots of who you are — and what’s ready to rise.Kristin, of KQ Unplugged, will initiate this experience with a grounding practice, anchoring us into our bodies and the earth beneath us. Through guided reflection and journaling, we’ll connect inward as we sip a custom blend herbal tea to support balance and heart opening — creating space to listen to what’s stirring, shifting, and asking to be seen. From this rooted space, Kristin will channel intuitive messages in resonance with the group, weaving insight from the seasonal shifts occurring.Niki, of Yoga Love will guide you through a slow and intentional yoga flow practice. We will open our bodies through breath and awareness. We will move through grounding and heart opening postures, using the breath to ground us and open us further and deeper. Savasana (our final resting posture), will be extended as we dive deeper.Jenn, of Ancient Paths Wellness, will guide you through a deeply restorative sound journey, inviting your body to soften, your mind to quiet, and your soul to settle.As the vibrations of crystal bowls, grounding gongs, and sacred tones move through you, you'll be gently anchored into the present moment. This immersive experience offers a sanctuary from the noise of everyday life—a place to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom within.Surround yourself in soft blankets, breathe in the earthy aroma of grounding essential oils, and let yourself be held in stillness and sound. It’s a time to pause, reset, and restore balance as we shift into the sacred rhythm of fall.We will end the practice in circle, with tea and a grounding singing bowl for each participant to stand in before they depart to take this renewal out into their world.
