Self-Defense Class

Join us for this FREE event!

Trained professional Frank Burns will be giving us 1-hour instructional teaching of basic self-defense techniques. You will walk away with confidence in topics of situational awareness, basic wrist control techniques, and how to deliver an effective hit.

You are welcome to just be an observer or a participant in demonstrations.

This is a community event open to all moms of school aged children. We will provide childcare on site!
