Objectives:

• Understand why problem behaviors occur
• Understand internal and external variables
• Understand basic intervention strategies
• Develop an individualized plan to prevent and respond when problem behaviors occur
• Maintain optimism in the face of challenges by building a support system

Presenters:

Dr. Stacy Ladden, co-founder of the Behavioral Pediatric Institute of Alabama, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate (BCBA-D). She enjoys conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, and providing outpatient individual and family therapy, independent educational evaluations, and school consultation services.

Dr. Stephanie Stoll, co-founder of the Behavioral Pediatric Institute of Alabama, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate (BCBA-D). She has extensive experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, evelopmental delays, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, pediatric feeding disorders, anxiety, as well as other behavior and mood-based difficulties
