FREE Yoga for Kids @ Homewood Dairy Queen

Join Liz for FREE Monthly Kids' Yoga (and ice cream) at the Homewood Dairy Queen!

Each 45-minute session offers young yogis a playful yet meaningful introduction to yoga. Classes include stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and guided relaxation—designed specifically for kids to enjoy!

This isn’t a grown-up yoga class with kid modifications—it’s real yoga made fun and accessible through games, laughter, movement, and connection.

While children of all ages are welcome, the experience is best suited for those who can follow simple directions and enjoy imaginative play.

Also note:

There is no need to register in advance. Just show up at the Homewood Dairy Queen on Ridge Road and meet us on the lawn under the big tree.

No mats are needed. All materials will be provided.

The best part... come for the FREE yoga and stay for the FREE ICE CREAM! A dilly bar (regular or dairy-free) or small ice cream cone is included in this experience for each participating child.
