FREE Yoga for Kids @ Homewood Farmers Market

Join Liz for FREE Monthly Kids' Yoga at the Homewood Farmers Market!

Each 45-minute session offers young yogis a playful yet meaningful introduction to yoga. Classes include stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and guided relaxation—designed specifically for kids to enjoy!

This isn’t a grown-up yoga class with kid modifications—it’s real yoga made fun and accessible through games, laughter, movement, and connection.

While children of all ages are welcome, the experience is best suited for those who can follow simple directions and enjoy imaginative play.

Please note:

There is no need to register in advance. Just show up at the Farmers Market in Martin Square, just off Ridge Road in downtown Homewood.

No mats are needed. All necessary materials will be provided.
