Yoga Class with Renowned Yoga Instructor - Yudy Arias

Very Important Purpose (@VIP305Miami) is excited to host a yoga class led by Yudy Arias, a well-known yoga instructor and fitness coach at our foundation in Homestead. Yudy began her yoga journey after the birth of her son and has since become dedicated to helping others through movement, mindfulness, and motivation. She has also trained celebrities and inspires thousands through her work and social media.

This outdoor yoga class will be held under the shade of beautiful trees, creating the perfect space to relax, recharge, and connect. We will also have individuals with special needs joining us, making this a meaningful experience for everyone involved.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Yoga towel
• Any other items for your comfort

Student Volunteers – Get Involved!VIP is a nonprofit organization that connects student volunteers with ways to earn their service hours while making a difference in the community. Student volunteers are required to purchase a ticket to participate in this event and will receive 5 direct community service hours.

Come ready to move, connect, and make a positive impact!

Important Details:🧘‍♂️ All participants, including adults and children must bring their own yoga mat, yoga towel, and any additional items needed for comfort.
