Sunday Assembly: August theme (and location) is OUTDOORS

In August, our assembly theme is Our Outdoors so we figured, why not do it outside? On August 17th at 10am, instead of meeting at the Wilkins School Community Center, we'll be outside in Frick Park Hollow in Frick Park, where we'll hear from Adam Haritan of Learn Your Land, a local nature educator. You may be inspired to go for a hike in the park afterwards! (This is free and kid friendly event with craft opportunity for kids.)

Frick Park Hollow is the open flat lawn located behind Regent Square on the eastern side of the park. There is a free parking lot at the bottom of Frick Lane. The Hollow is a short, flat trail walk (about 5 minutes or 0.2 miles) north from the parking lot. We'll be right next to a public restroom. Our meeting spot will be the open field, so bring some blankets or folding chairs if you like! If the weather looks bad in advance, we'll revert to our usual room at the Wilkins School Community Center.
