Here's What You Need To Know: The Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) mobile office is coming to Homestead, bringing motorist services directly to you. On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the William F. Dickinson Community Center (1601 North Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030), you can take advantage of a wide range of services. Fees vary depending on the service.

The services offered are:

•First time license ($48.00)

•Convert out of state license ($48.00)

•Renewals ($48.00 for Class E; fees vary for CDL)

•Replacements for lost or stolen license ($25.00)

•Address/name changes ($25.00)

•ID cards ($25.00)

•No FEE Poverty Letter.

•Reinstatements (fees vary)

•Emergency Contact Information Registration (free)

•Vehicle Registration Renewals (fees vary)

•Disabled Parking Placard Issuance and Renewals

(Permanent- free; Temporary- $15.00)*DRIVING EXAMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE*Please bring the required documentation (must bring all of the items below):

• Proof of Identification (such as a U.S. Birth Certificate or Valid U.S. Passport)
• Proof of Social Security Number (like your Social Security Card)
• Two different proofs of address (such as a Voter Registration Card and a utility statement).

Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or check. Appointments are required. Don’t miss this convenient opportunity to handle your motorist needs locally!

Appointments are limited and required — no walk-ins will be accepted. Please be advised: Individuals who make more than one appointment may risk cancellation of all their bookings to ensure fairness for others.
