The Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) Mobile DMV is coming to the City of Homestead! Appointments are limited and required — no walk-ins will be accepted. Please be advised: Individuals who make more than one appointment may risk cancellation of all their bookings to ensure fairness for others.

Here's What You Need To Know:
The Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) mobile office is coming to Homestead, bringing motorist services directly to you. On Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the William F. Dickinson Community Center (1601 North Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030), you can take advantage of a wide range of services. Fees vary depending on the service. The services offered are:

•First time license ($48.00)

•Convert out of state license ($48.00)

•Renewals ($48.00 for Class E; fees vary for CDL)

•Replacements for lost or stolen license ($25.00)

•Address/name changes ($25.00)

•ID cards ($25.00)

•No FEE Poverty Letter.

•Reinstatements (fees vary)

•Emergency Contact Information Registration (free)

•Vehicle Registration Renewals (fees vary)

•Disabled Parking Placard Issuance and Renewals

(Permanent- free; Temporary- $15.00)

*DRIVING EXAMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE*

Please bring the required documentation (must bring all of the items below):

• Proof of Identification (such as a U.S. Birth Certificate or Valid U.S. Passport)
• Proof of Social Security Number (like your Social Security Card)
• Two different proofs of address (such as a Voter Registration Card and a utility statement).

Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or check. Appointments are required. Don’t miss this convenient opportunity to handle your motorist needs locally!
