🔹 We’ll measure speed, endurance, punching power, and agility
🔹 Start with a fun, active workout to get warmed up
🔹 Then test yourself with:
— Sit-ups per minute
— Push-ups per minute
— A short run 🏃‍♂️ (very short 😅)
— A combo set (punch-punch-kick!)
— Punch force measured with real equipment! 🥊
🔹 Power up (optional but encouraged 😎) and get your official score
🔹 Walk away with a personalized Power Level Certificate—perfect for showing off to friends, family, or just for bragging rights!
