The Science and Spirit of the Forest

A one-hour walk through the Pratt trails that weaves the ‘who’ and the ‘what’ of the natural world. How do both science and spirit help us understand and appreciate nature? Take a walk with guides Elizabeth Pileckas (Cosmic Hamlet Hikes) and one of our staff naturalists in an exploration of both the sense of spirit and the botanist’s knowing of this local forest. We will combine expert local area knowledge with mindful walking, poetry and play.

Sunday May 11th and 18th from 11am to noon. $30 for members/$25 for non-members.
