Oaklawn invites you to a FREE Advanced Directive Workshop designed to help you take the next step in your end-of-life care planning - no appointments or registration required. This is an open house-style event designed to provide a supportive space.
What is an advanced directive? An advanced directive is a legal document that lets you outline your preferences for medical care if you’re unable to communicate or make decisions yourself. It’s a powerful way to make sure your values are honored and to ease the burden on loved ones when you are unable to speak for yourself.
