Pilates & Prosecco is a fun, feel-good evening combining gentle Pilates led by a qualified instructor with a chance to unwind and socialise over a glass of Prosecco with canapes afterwards. It’s the perfect way to relax, move your body, and connect with friends — all while supporting a fantastic cause.
