1. Meat option: Lamb shank with sea buckthorn & heather ale glaze, roasted roasts & hazelnut crumb
2. Fish option: Cider cured sea trout with crab sauce & sea vegetables
🔹Side: Salt & vinegar roast potatoes
Wedge salad with barley nettle cream & savoury hazelnut granola
🔹Palette cleanser: Elderflower & kombucha granita
🔹Pudding: Meadowsweet infused crème brûlée with stewed rhubarb
