Come along and take a moment to relax while creating a little piece of messy art.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how the fight-or-flight response affects our bodies and our daily lives.
Through simple, playful art-making, you’ll have the chance to put your thoughts and feelings onto paper—without worrying about the outcome.

The focus isn’t on creating a perfect piece of art, but on the process itself: slowing down, reflecting, and expressing yourself in a safe, supportive space.
