Slink & Slither, 3:00-4:00pm:
You can call it choreography or sequences–but either way, we’ll have some fun! In this workshop, you will learn a routine, and then we will play music roulette as we dance it out at the end. The goal of this workshop is to encourage students to respond to the music and begin to layer their own style and flourishes over the foundations of the choreography.
Level: Beginner experience in pole choreography advised Minimum: 3 students
Maximum: 1 student per pole

Double Trouble, 4:15-5:45pm:
Curious about double poles? Bring your bestie, or come ready to be partnered! In this workshop, we will dive into the fun of doubles pole– from conditioning drills, spins, tricks, and different ways of getting on the pole (maybe some additional floor acro if time permits). Come ready to learn, laugh, and learn one of Highly Unstable’s signature tricks!
Level: Confident climbs, sits, shoulder mounts, and inverts (please note - Little Snipper can meet you where you're at! It's ok if you can't shoulder mount yet or invert yet. DM me to discuss 'level appropriateness' if you have questions!)

To Ayesha and Beyond, 6:00-7:30pm
Are you ready to master the art of the Ayesha–in all her various grips (elbow, true, cup, and twisted)? This workshop is perfect for polers who feel comfortable in their inverts and pole pounces/caterpillar climbs. We will focus on proper technique and conditioning drills to achieve your best Ayesha!
Level: Must have a confident crucifix and pole pounce/caterpillar climb (this unfortunately is a FIRM pre-req for this class!)
