Free Yoga for Justice-Impacted Families & Formerly Incarcerated People

Join us for a deeply restorative yoga session designed specifically for individuals and families impacted by incarceration. This program offers a safe and supportive space to heal from grief and trauma associated with incarceration, cultivate mindfulness and reduce stress, build community and connect with others who understand, and improve physical and mental well-being.

All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Mats and props will be provided.
